Custom hands-on format merges healthy eating with ServSafe curriculum

•Focus on specific goal (party, banquet) where students utilize learnings

•Exam administered to measure results

•Students achieving passing grade receive Food Safety Handling Certificate

  90% earned passing grade 75 or above

  40% working in hospitality
